Information Availability
To keep aligned with emerging technology and continuing to offer better service to the regulated communities, the Division of Regulatory Affairs will launch an enhanced web-based application system and internal database as a tool to better serve your needs with access to information regarding licensing, certification or registration in the following programs: Private Security Services; Bail Enforcement Agents; Bail Bondsmen; and Special Conservators of the Peace.
Our new Regulatory Online Credentialing System (ROCS) is scheduled to go live on September 6, 2011, and will be replacing the current Watson on-line system. The intent is to transition to using ROCS with minimum inconvenience to you (end user), in turn, allowing us an opportunity to better anticipate and respond to your needs during the implementation phase.
