In July 2007, the VLEPSC Executive Board authorized the replacement of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with two new documents, the New Agency Application and Agency Participation Agreement. All agencies in the self-assessment phase were required to complete and submit these two new documents in order to continue their participation in this program.
