Alzheimers's Training for First Responders & Search Management

Description: The purpose of this school is to provide the basic knowledge and skills necessary to train public safety personnel and first responders on appropriate handling of situations dealing with Alzheimer's patients. It is intended to motivate and present a combined system of skills and attitudes, and to advance new ideas about the handling of this special population group. This training will emphasize the skills needed for the attendees to present this topic area to other agency personnel.
