Notice of Intent to Apply For Federal FY ’09 Funds Available Through the Justice Assistance Grant Program

We strongly encourage agencies to work on new proposals they wish to submit during future grants cycles. Don't forget that each of you has a DCJS grants coordinator assigned to your geographical area (view the Grant Regions map) who is ready, willing, and able to work with you in developing new proposals. Preparing now for future application cycles enhances your chances of success and avoids the often frenzied pace that occurs when new federal or state programs come out on very short notice with difficult submission timelines!

Regional Crime Information Sharing Networks

This map depicts the current state of crime information sharing in the Commonwealth as well as the local jurisdictions added through the recently announced 2008 DHS grant awards. The independent networks share a common communication language with one another and the departments within the Law Enforcement Information Exchange. Future grants will provide additional network expansion opportunities.
