GMIS Online

The Grants Management Online Information System (GMIS Online) was established to provide an Internet interface for all Subgrantees to apply for grants, fill out request forms, and submit reports online that will go directly to DCJS Grants Administration. This system is a multi-phase project that will automate many of the current processes in use with the hard copy forms. The instruction manual provides detailed information on how the system works as well as how to contact DCJS Grants Administration for questions.

Users may now submit their Quarterly Financial Reports, Request for Funds, Budget Amendment Requests, and Progress Reports online as well as view the status of various submitted reports and requests. As new phases are rolled out, an announcement will be displayed in GMIS Online to alert all users.

As of July 1, 2004, all Quarterly Financial Reports, Request for Funds, and Budget Amendment Requests and Narratives MUST be filled out online. Paper requests will not be accepted.

As of September 30, 2005 it will be mandatory to submit progress reports online.
