Announcing the 2008 State Homeland Security Grant Program Guidelines and Application Instructions for Police and Fire Department Bomb Squad Equipment Training.
The 2008 State Homeland Security Grant award provides federal funds to assist state and local law enforcement agencies in an endeavor to prevent and respond to potential acts of terrorism. This is a direct award to agencies with Bomb Squad Units.
