The Criminal Justice Services Board has given approval to 679 grants in 17 programs managed by DCJS, including Byrne, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Community Corrections, Criminal History Records Improvement, Drug Courts, School Resource Officer Trust Fund, Incident Based Reporting Systems, Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Title II and Title V, Pre-Release and Post Incarceration Services, Residential Substance Abuse Treatment, Sexual Assault Grant Program, Triad Grants, Victim Witness Assistance, Virginia Exile, Violence Against Women Act grants, and Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants. Also awarded were 176 grants for the Local Law Enforcement Grant program.
