For fiscal year 2005, the Criminal Justice Services Board has given approval to 723 grants in 17 programs managed by DCJS. These programs include Byrne, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Community Corrections, Criminal History Records Improvement, School Resource Officer Trust Fund, Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Title II and Title V, Residential Substance Abuse Treatment, Sexual Assault Grant Program, Triad Grants, Victim Witness Assistance, Violence Against Women Act Grants, Victim Assistance Counseling, Juvenile Accountability Incentive Block Grants, Law Enforcement Terrorism Prevention Program, Training Academies, and Pre and Post Incarceration Services.
