Localities Eligible for Direct awards of JAG/Byrne Funds From the Federal Fiscal Year 2009 Appropriation
Some localities in Virginia are eligible to receive federal FY ’09 funds through the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program (JAG) directly from the federal Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). These localities and the amounts for which they are eligible are shown in this Direct Awards spreadsheet. This is not to be confused with the JAG Recovery Act direct awards previously announced.
BJA has posted instructions for applying for the FFY ’09 funds at http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/BJA/grant/09JAGLocalSol.pdf.
