If you are accessing a copy of a solicitation via our website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. At this time we are unable to account for website visitors and therefore cannot maintain a complete listing of bidders receiving copies. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare your bid nonresponsive.

Currently, there is no provision for submitting bids electronically. The RFP's can be printed and submitted the same as a regular solicitation. If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the solicitation is the most current.
