All training dates are subject to change and/or cancellation based upon a variety of factors. You should plan to enroll in your first choice of date/location as soon as practical, but at least 30 days prior to the training date. All sessions will be closed out five (5) days prior to the class for scheduling and planning purposes. No enrollments will be accepted within that 5-day period regardless of space. All applications are processed on a first come - first served basis. DCJS cannot accept verbal enrollments; individuals shall be enrolled based upon the date a completed application is received.

An enrollment confirmation e-mail will be sent upon enrollment in the session. A reminder notice including location information will also be mailed to all enrolled individuals approximately 5 to 10 days prior to the class date. Please make sure that we have your current e-mail address on file and that your mail program will accept mail from any address with "@dcjs.virginia.gov" in the sender name.
