The Department of Criminal Justice Services is responsible for the implementation of regulations promulgated by the Criminal Justice Services Board pertaining to minimum and in-service training requirements, the privacy and security of criminal history record information and a wide range of activities related to technical and program assistance and coordinating activities related to the enhancement of criminal justice services.
