Registration for this year's conference is being handled online. To register, use the button below. To pay for this event, you must also complete the "2008 Billing Statement" found above and submit that separately.

Accommodations & Meals

We are pleased to announce that the 2008 VALEAC Spring Conference will be held at the Cavalier Hotel, Oceanfront at 42nd Street, Virginia Beach.

We have reserved 90 rooms at the hotel for Monday through Wednesday at the rate of $83. To make reservations, call 800-446-8199 and state that you are attending the VALEAC Conference. We get our meeting rooms free by filling our guest rooms, so please reserve your rooms! The cutoff date for reservations is March 14, 2008, but we encourage everyone to book early, as we did fill up last year.

The hotel has agreed to extend the rate for before and after the conference, based on available rooms, for anyone wanting to vacation. The VLEPSC Board Meeting will be on Wednesday, April 16 and we will have a buffet lunch provided that day.
