Mr. Mason is responsible for ensuring customer service is delivered in a competent and professional manner. He serves as an escalation point for providing technical assistance and problem resolution to constituents both verbally, in-person, and in writing. He reviews and signs Criminal History denial letters for individuals and employers, helps to provide solutions to complex issues related to the On-line Regulatory System, and develops protocols to promote efficiency in various processes.
