Ms. Foster serves as the Children’s Justice Act Coordinator for the Commonwealth of Virginia at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. As part of the Juvenile Services Section, she supports programming that effects children and youth who may have experienced trauma and victimization. Ms. Foster has over thirteen years’ experience working in the advocacy field at the local, national, and international level. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the World YWCA located in Geneva, Switzerland and specializes in young women’s leadership and violence against women initiatives. She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the National Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NCRDV) which works to support victims of crime through annual awareness programs. Ms. Foster holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership and double-majored in Business Management and International Business during her undergraduate tenure.
