Description

This session will be an introduction to gang awareness, recognition, and basic history. The session will include history of gangs, gang trademarks, colors, clothing, hand signs, graffiti, gang violence, gang mentality and indicators of gang activity in your community.

Who Should Attend?

This training is being offered to sworn law enforcement officers from Virginia as well as other criminal justice professionals.

Partial In-Service Credit

Law enforcement officers will receive 7 PIC hours.

There is no fee to attend this training.

Travel, Lodging & Meals

Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of the participant.

Lunch is provided as part of the training.
