Eligibility: Applicants are limited to state, local, or tribal jurisdictions or their respective law enforcement agencies, including school police, housing authority police, prosecution, probation, and parole agencies possessing the power of arrest.
 
Deadline: Registration with Grants.gov is required prior to application submission. All applications are due by 8:00p.m. e.t. on January 22, 2009.
