XI. Documenting Direct Witness Services

Witnesses who receive the services in the current quarter should be limited to 5% or less of grant-funded staff hours devoted to the provision of services to witnesses.  See Column F and H of the VSDCS Services Reference Chart for specific services for witnesses. 

Document the witnesses who received a specific service in VSDCS by creating an Individual Advocacy.  Count the witness the first time a particular service is provided. A service may be provided more than once to a witness.
