This course is designed to increase law enforcement awareness of Improvised Explosive Devices (IED). This training provides a comprehensive overview of hazardous devices including anatomy, types, suggested response guidelines, history and case studies.

Understand the history and designs of hazardous devices and their dangers, impacts and potential targets.
Distinguish major components and differentiate varieties of IED’s.
Sworn law enforcement officers
(Enrollees will be vetted prior to being accepted into the class – if accepted; you will be notified by email).
Class size is very limited
PIC hours will be awarded upon successful course completion
Tuition and course materials are free.
Students are responsible for travel, lodging, meals and any other related expenses.
