In its seventeenth year, the Virginia School Safety Training Forum will feature engaging keynote speakers and useful workshops for as many as 1000 participants in the fields of law enforcement, school security, as well as PreK-12 administration and counseling, and others with an interest in school safety.

For PARTICIPANTS, the Forum registration fee is $125 per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be given for cancellations made after July 20, 2017. Substitutions will be accepted.

Vendors with school safety related products and services are invited and encouraged to participate in the conference on August 8-10, with set up on Monday, August 7.
The registration fee for VENDORS is $500 per vendor (for up to two (2) representatives). Registration fee includes open skirted table, electricity and Wi-Fi, lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and entry into Keynote and Breakout/Workshop sessions as desired.

Lunch will be served to registered participants and vendor representatives on Tuesday and Wednesday. Participants are responsible for travel and all other meal costs.
Participants are also responsible for their lodging costs.

The Group Rate for Single Occupancy is $91.00 per room, per night plus 14% tax. Double Occupancy is $101.00 per room, per night plus 14% tax. Each additional guest is $10 per room, per night. There is an additional City Tax of $1.00 per room, per night on all reservations.
