Ms. Cardoza provides oversight of fingerprint card scanning and processing procedures according to established policies and procedures. This includes evaluating submitted fingerprint cards for completeness, ensuring that an application for licensure has been submitted, and the process is complete for scanning purposes; properly assessing the completion of the scanning; and conducting proper and appropriate follow up for reconciliation purposes. She ensures approved results are timely noted for registration issuance purposes; maintains proper and appropriate records for deficiencies noted during reconciliation process; and works with the Towing, Adjudication, and Criminal History staff providing support and assistance to the Private Security Services section as needed. Ms. Cardoza provides oversight of the Division’s retention procedures according to retention schedules to include the storage, retrieval, and retention and disposition of public records.  She provides professional staff support concerning activities of the Private Security Services Advisory Board and the Nominations and Appointments Subcommittee.
