Ms. Willie-Surratt currently serves as the CASA Grant Monitor & Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Department of Criminal Justice Services. She provides oversight and management of state and federal grant program and projects, a variety of technical assistance, program and performance measures development, and quality assurance coordination. In addition she is responsible for the preparation and submission of applications and reports as required by federal agencies to ensure continued receipt of funds. A graduate of the Cincinnati College of Law, Mrs. Willie-Surratt also has a MSW in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, a BSW from NC Agricultural and Technical State University and a MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Strayer University. Mrs. Willie-Surratt developed a commanding blend of legal, social and organizational development expertise in the child welfare arena and legal arena providing legal advocacy on behalf of domestic violence and sexual assault victims. As a consultant, she has over 15 years of experience in developing community relations and partnerships, board development, personnel management, grant writing, project and grant management, fundraising and organizational infrastructure design.
