Ms. Coleman is the manager of the licensing, registration, and certification functions for the private security services program, bail bondsmen and bail enforcement agency program, tow truck driver registration program, and special conservator of the peace program in accordance with statutory and agency administrative rules, regulations, and procedures in order to ensure effective delivery of service to constituents.  Anika has significant experience managing and working in a regulatory licensing capacity and has been with the Commonwealth for a number of years. Anika's previous state employment includes DPOR and DMV.
