Description:
The 12E Compliance Agent Entry - Level online training course is a two (2) hour online training for new compliance agents of Private Security Businesses within the Commonwealth of Virginia. This course satisfies the initial training requirement for compliance agents.
During this course, you will:
- Define the role and discuss the responsibilities of a compliance agent,
- Use the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Administrative Code sections related to private security businesses, regulants, and compliance agents,
- Utilize the Licensure and Regulatory Services webpage to respond to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) from regulated employees,
- Identify the requirements for record keeping,
- List the Business Audit process and the compliance agent responsibilities.
