Description:
The 12I Compliance Agent In-Service Training course is a two (2) hour online training for current compliance agents of Private Security Businesses within the Commonwealth of Virginia. This course satisfies the two-year training requirement for compliance agents.
During this course, you will:
- Discuss the role of a compliance agent,
- Review the Code of Virginia and the Virginia Administrative Code sections related to private security businesses, regulants, and compliance agents,
- Utilize the Licensure and Regulatory Services webpage to respond to Frequently Asked Questions (FAWs) from regulated employees,
- Identify the requirements for record keeping,
- List the Business Audit process and the compliance agent responsibilities.
