Description
The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, in conjunction with Safer Schools Together, is pleased to announce this virtual training opportunity to help behavioral threat assessment team members better recognize and respond to today’s challenges from worrisome digital content contained on varied social media platforms.
Digital Threat Assessment® (DTA) teaches participants to establish a Digital Behavioral Baseline through a School Safety/Threat Assessment lens. By engaging with popular social media applications, participants will learn how to find and document worrisome digital content originating from the school community. This training solidifies the participant's understanding of how to effectively use DTA as a critical part of any modern-day Threat Assessment.
