Description
The Virginia Center for School and Campus Safety invites School Resource Officers, law enforcement executives, school administrators, and public safety professionals to join us for a special conversation with Sheriff Brian Hieatt of the Tazewell County Sheriff's Office.
Strong School Resource Officer (SRO) programs are built on leadership, trust, and a commitment to serving students beyond traditional law enforcement responsibilities. In this engaging discussion, Sheriff Hieatt will share why investing in SROs has become a priority for his agency and how a well-supported SRO program strengthens schools, law enforcement, and the communities they serve.

Please note that the DCJS registration system does not have the capacity to sort eligible from ineligible registrants. Therefore, anyone who registers will receive confirmation.
