Private Security Services ID Replacement

• Login to your online account and follow these directions:
  • ​If you have not created an online account before, click here.
    • ​​​Make sure your mailing address is correct. 
    • Click on "Request Duplicate Credential" at the bottom of the page. 
    • Complete the online form and pay the $34.00 replacement fee.
    • Note: For security reasons, your ID is mailed to you in a white envelope that does NOT have the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) in the return address. It will have 2 windows containing a barcode at the top and your name and address in all CAPITAL LETTERS at the bottom. Your ID will arrive 7-14 business days after it is mailed.
