Virtual Law Enforcement Briefing

The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is pleased to announce: "Antisemitic Incidents and Hate Crimes." This workshop is presented in cooperation with and led by training staff from the Anti-Defamation League.

This briefing is intended to support awareness of trends in antisemitic violence, build knowledge, and prepare officers to prevent and respond to hate crimes in the community. It provides an in-depth look at ADL's Audit of Antisemitic Incidents and ADL's ongoing tally of harassment, vandalism, and assaults targeting Jews.

Who Should Attend:

This training is available to sworn law enforcement officers only.

Partial In-service Credit:

Partial In-service Credit (PIC) for Virginia law enforcement officers will not be available.

Cost and Registration:

There is no fee to participate in this training, however pre-registration is required.

Please note the DCJS registration system does not have the capacity to sort eligible from ineligible registrants. Therefore, anyone who registers will receive a confirmation. It is the responsibility of the DCJS assigned course director to review the roster and make a final determination on acceptance into the course. Registrants not accepted will be notified via the email address provided during registration.
