Bio
Tricia is a Grant Monitor for the jail-based substance use and mental health disorders federal and state grants, including the Residential Substance Abuse Treatment in Jails and Prisons (RSAT) program, Jail Mental Health Pilot Program (JMHPP), and Addiction Recovery Grant Program (AGRP), as well as the Byrne SCIP grant for specialty dockets.
Tricia has retired after 30-plus years working with justice-involved individuals, including as a Probation and Parole Officer and as the Administrator of a Drug Court Program. She enjoys camping, hanging out with family, and especially being a Meemaw.
