Andi.Martin

Andi Martin is the Sexual and Domestic Violence Initiatives Supervisor for the Division of Programs and Services, Victims Services Team. In this role, she supervises various sexual and domestic violence initiatives at DCJS including sexual assault response team (SART) support, sexual assault forensic services support, and the sexual and domestic violence professional standards team. Andi also administers the Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP) grant and she coordinates the Victims Services Grant Program for Sexual and Domestic Violence Services (VSGP-SDVS).

Andi has twenty-eight years of experience in the victim services field including prosecutorial victim assistance, law enforcement-based victim assistance, appellate victim notification, and victims' rights compliance. Andi received her master's degree in criminal justice from Virginia Commonwealth University and an undergraduate degree in political science from Mary Washington College.
