Tierra.Williams

Mrs. Williams has as extensive background working with diverse populations within various sectors. She has been employed with the Commonwealth since 2016 and started her career with DCJS in April 2018 as a Victims Services Program Specialist or Grant Monitor. In September 2020, she transitioned to the role of VSTOP and VSDVVF Grant Program Coordinator. Her primary role is to provide oversight and management of state and federal grant programs and projects under the VSTOP and Virginia Sexual and Domestic Violence Victim Fund funding opportunities. She does this by engaging in grant program coordination, coordinating the state's STOP Implementation Planning Team, providing technical assistance, training, data collection and federal performance reporting. Tierra holds a Bachelors of Social Work from Mary Baldwin University (College) and a Masters of Social Work from Temple University.
