Mr. Dawkins has served as the School and Campus Safety Coordinator with the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) since 2013. He provides training, resources, and technical assistance to Virginia’s colleges and universities in many areas impacting campus safety to include campus sexual violence, stalking, dating violence, threat assessment, mental health, Title IX and Clery Act compliance, legal guidelines, and managing critical incidents.
