This guided discussion will focus on the characteristics of the School-Law Enforcement Partnership, expectations and experiences of working with an SRO, and identify frequent challenges and potential solutions that administrators encounter on a daily basis regarding school safety and SROs. These small group discussions will help inform DCJS Virginia Center for School and Camps Safety staff in order to develop more specific supports, training, and resources for administrators working in schools with SROs.
