Description of Training:
This training is designed to help programs understand how to use performance management and program evaluation techniques to clearly communicate the effectiveness and impact of an agency’s services with their Board, funders, and community. This series of six webinars will help agencies effectively construct a problem statement that identifies needs, obtain and present data, identify and report program outcomes, construct a logic model, use data to justify continued funding, and create a sustainability plan.
This training will be presented by Stan Orchowsky, Ph.D, of Cambiare Consulting. Dr. Orchowsky is the owner of Cambiare Consulting, a research and evaluation company based in Henrico, VA, specializing in evaluation, performance measurement, and analysis related to human services. Dr. Orchowsky has been conducting research on criminal and juvenile justice for over 35 years. Prior to starting his consulting company, he served as Research Director for the Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA), a national non-profit organization in Washington, DC, for over 22 years.
