The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services is pleased to announce that registration is now open for Trauma-Informed Leadership for Victim Services Organizations.
The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services is pleased to offer three regional opportunities to attend Trauma-Informed Leadership for Victim Services Organizations. Sponsored by the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC), this training will explore the elements of trauma-informed leadership and how to incorporate those elements into the organization. Follow-up technical assistance will be provided to participants via a series of conference calls on implementing elements of the trauma‐informed leadership training.
This training is intended for executive directors, program managers, and other leadership staff of victim services organizations.
Registration is free. Pre-registration is required via DCJS’ online registration system.
Lunch will be provided.
Participants are responsible for all other transportation, meal, and lodging arrangements and expenses.
Check in will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the course will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
