Todd comes to us from the City of Salem Sheriff's Office where he was assigned to accreditation and became the Accreditation Manager. He was a Senior Assessor with VLEPSC. In addition, Todd retired as a Lieutenant of the Roanoke Police Department where he worked as a supervisor on their accreditation team. He brings extensive experience with facilitation of training programs and as an instructor. Todd has more than thirty-five years of law enforcement experience in total.
