Blane Sawyer is the State Trafficking Training Specialist for the human trafficking team within the Victims Services section. Blane develops education and awareness materials on human trafficking, including e-modules and other electronic and print materials. He also coordinates human trafficking training for victim service providers, law enforcement, and other stakeholders throughout the state. In addition to coordinating DCJS training, Blane is responsible for reviewing and approving external human trafficking training curricula. He works closely with other state agencies to collaborate on human trafficking projects. Blane earned his Bachelor of Information Science and Technology at the University of Oklahoma in 2022.
