Ms. Cress is responsible for assisting with all aspects of Customer Service operations within the Division of Licensure and Regulatory Services. She serves as a representative for all 5 programs that currently operate within the Division to include: Private Security Services, Bail Bondsman, Bail Enforcement Agents, Special Conservators of the Peace, and Towing. She provides technical and customer service assistance to constituents via phone and also provides assistance to those who walk in to the DCJS office in Richmond, Virginia.  Ms. Cress provides research and program support in areas that relate to the development and delivery of regulatory programs activities and services. She has over five years of dedicated government commitment and comes to DCJS from the IRS where she also served as a Customer Service Representative, working in a fast-paced, high-demand capacity. Ms. Cress is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan University.
