Viktor.Shuparskyy

Mr. Shuparskyy serves as the Adjudication Coordinator for the Division of Licensure and Regulatory Services. He reviews, analyzes, and conducts legal research and prepares cases of administrative violations for adjudication. He negotiates settlements of cases involving administrative violations by the Division’s registrants and licensees through the consent orders. He prepares administrative cases and schedules them for adjudication through the informal fact finding conferences and represents the Department at those conferences, where he defends the Department’s position.  Mr. Shuparskyy prepares administrative cases for adjudication at the formal hearings and participates in them, as well. His main goal as the Adjudication Coordinator is to resolve the cases and ensure that the Department’s administrative actions are legally defensible. Mr. Shuparskyy has a Master of Laws degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and more than 20 years of legal experience.
