Ms. Davis is responsible for criminal history records review processes to include reviewing criminal history according to established statutory and regulatory requirements and applicable criminal history waiver guidelines. She ensures that accurate electronic information is entered and maintained; requests and reviews disposition information; analyzes, verifies, and researches information via website from various state's court records for criminal history information; and conducts additional research through the public information database. Additionally, she contacts various state and local police departments for any outstanding charges, verifies that certain individuals have been cleared, processes denials of applications due to criminal history, and prepares cases filed for appeal under the Administrative Process Act.
