PERK Tracking System Victim Portal: The Physical Evidence Recovery Kit (PERK) Tracking System is a web-based application that allows a survivor to track the status and location of their PERK. PERKs are tracked using each PERK’s unique PERK ID/Barcode number. No personal identifying information is entered into the system.
