(CY 22-23) Violence Against Women (V-STOP)

The Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is the administering agency for the Virginia Services, Training, Officers, Prosecution (V-STOP) Violence Against Women grant program. V-STOP offers grant funds to successful applicants for activities that increase the apprehension, prosecution and adjudication of persons committing violent crimes against women.

The CY 22-23 grant application guidelines will offer a continuation application process for current V-STOP Grantees. DCJS will not be accepting applications from new applicants for the CY 2022-2023 funding cycle. Applications are due on August 26, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. The funding period begins January 1, 2022 and continues through December 31, 2023.  Copies of the V-STOP guidelines, including the necessary grant application forms and instructions, may be downloaded below.

To aid applicants in their grant application preparation, Victims Services is facilitating a webinar on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. Registration is required and there is no registration fee. Instructions to register are featured below. This webinar will also be recorded and available for you to view at a later time.  Be sure to have these guidelines available to you during the webinar training
