How do I get an online training course approved?
- Submit a written request to the Training Unit to include lesson plans with the hours of training.

- DCJS must be given administrator access to view, but not alter, the course and students’ progress.
- Include the grading and testing procedures, how results will be communicated to DCJS and safeguards against misrepresentation and falsification of results.
- List the instructor or other person available to answer student questions. Must include method of contact—email, phone, etc.—and hours of availability (i.e. Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm).
