The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is excited to announce the official launch of the new Victims Services Data Collection System (VSDCS).  To ensure staff funded by the DCJS Victim/Witness Grant Program have the training and resources needed to navigate the new website successfully, DCJS has created training materials posted on this page.  These training resources provide a global overview of VSDCS as well as high-level instructions on how to perform various tasks.
