Application Development Resources:
Purpose of Funds: The primary purpose of these guidelines is to increase access to culturally appropriate direct victim services for unserved/underserved victims of crime.
Program Goals: Services should be welcoming, culturally inclusive, physically accessible, and appropriate to all victims seeking assistance. For the purposes of these guidelines, unserved/underserved populations can be any victim population that lacks adequate access to victim services in your service area.
Eligibility Requirements: Public and private non-profit entities including state and local governments and community-based organizations may be eligible to apply. See the application guidelines for complete details about eligibility.
Match Requirements: Federal VOCA Guidelines require cash or in-kind match. See the Application Guidelines for additional information.
Grants Awarded Date: Grant funding is awarded on a federal fiscal year cycle (Oct. – Sept.).
