The Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) administers state funds appropriated pursuant to the Comprehensive Community Corrections Act for LocalResponsible Offenders (CCCA) and the Pretrial Services Act (PSA). The Department awards grants to local units of government to support the services authorized by these Acts.

DCJS is soliciting applications for funding for Fiscal Years 2017 and 2018 for pretrial services and local probation in localities not currently being served.
